This year, Halloween will look closer to "normal" than it did in 2020. While much is still up in the air, trick-or-treating is a possibility, according to Dr. Rochelle Walensky, a director of the CDC. "I wouldn’t necessarily go to a crowded Halloween party, but I think that we should be able to let our kids go trick-or-treating in small groups," said Walensky on Face the Nation.
