Insanity grows

like a festering tumor

Aging, corrupting, sucking marrow from bones and laughter from lips

Insanity grows

with a voice so loud it drowns out thoughts

Insanity grows

like a weed in a garden that

takes

and takes

and takes

I’m losing myself to a growing insanity

and i do not know if insanity is growing in me or if i am growing inside it
