The season is over for Halloween frights.
Lights full of color wind around roads
Sweets and treats pile up in loads.
Sweaters thrown on, pants pulled up
Hot cocoa filled, cup after cup.
So enjoy this season, for it’s the best of them all
Goodbye to the colors and pumpkins of fall.
Spring is next with its flowers and green
Summer after that, get away from the screen.
But here we are now, it’s very clear
The best time of all, winter is here.
